We had a great experience from start to finish selling a home with Shereen in the West Island. She had been in contact with the homeowner for years ahead of listing providing useful advice on decluttering. Always in contact and helpful. When the time came to sell which provided great practical advice on preparing the home for sale to ensure that time and money spent was to greatest effect. She helped find tradespeople to perform some of work required when they were otherwise in high demand. The sales process was made calm and thoughtful with her steady and helpful presence. We met Shereen two and a half years ago when we were looking to buy a home in Montreal while we were living in Vancouver. We viewed on line a few dozens of homes. Shereen was always available FaceTiming us when asked to show us properties and was extremely patient and kind when we would call multiple times during the day with all kinds of questions.
